Foundational AI Search Optimization (AEO) is included at every tier as part of our Local SEO work; the deeper AEO work — dedicated AI-answer content and ongoing citation tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode — is included starting at Growth, and available as an add-on for Foundation. Automated email marketing — lead nurture and customer retention campaigns — is also included starting at Growth, and available as an add-on for Foundation. Website creation (up to 8–10 pages; ongoing hosting not included) is included on Growth and Dominate after 6 months of active service, and available as a $5,000 one-time add-on for Foundation. Every plan includes a one-time $750 onboarding fee with your first month, covering account setup, research, and strategy build-out. Google Ads and Local Services Ads spend is billed separately and directly, so you always see exactly what goes to Google versus what goes to us. Our marketing work is retainer-only — website creation is the one standalone project we offer — since ongoing work is what actually moves rankings and lead flow.
The website creation included on Growth and Dominate isn't billed as cash, so if you already have a site, we'll credit that same value toward something else instead — a full audit and conversion pass on your current site, our deeper AI Search Optimization build, or an email marketing setup. It's a swap, not a discount.
Month-to-month after an initial 3-month minimum. Real SEO and local search results take a few months to compound, so we ask for a 3-month commitment to give the strategy room to work. After that, there's no long-term lock-in.
